🚗Parking Information

Arriving by Car:

You can typically park in the 30-minute parking spot in front of the building.
We recommend bringing your luggage inside first for convenience.

Public Parking:

Nearby public lots are available for around $12 per night. The closest one is at 107 Belmont Ave E.

🌇Neighbors

We have great neighbors! Please help us keep it that way by respecting their privacy and keeping noise low. If anyone asks who you are (though we doubt anyone will), just mention that you’re a friend of ours.
Please don’t mention Airbnb to anyone, as people have become less comfortable with the idea since COVID, especially in Seattle.

🚭 100% Smoking FREE!

Smoking or Vaping is strictly prohibited, including outside the window. No exceptions, this is a strict policy!

Cigarette smell on our curtains and furniture is subject to high penalty. 

Check-In/Out Times

  • Check-in: 3 PM (We’ll do our best to accommodate earlier arrivals!)

  • Check-out: By: 10:00AM (Our cleaner arrives at 10:15 AM, so please plan accordingly.)

    We can try to be flexible with your timing, including late arrivals, just let us know in advance.

🔑Getting the Keys for the first time

  1. At the Building entrance: When you arrive, dial only 034 slowly on the intercom.
    This will dial to my phone, after 15sec, so I can buzz you in.
    Once you hear me, just pull the door handle.

    Sometimes it takes a few tries, Technology :)

  2. Once the front door is open, go straight and take the elevator to the 3rd floor.

  • Turn right when you exit the elevator; our apartment (305) is the first door on your left.

  • The apartment door will be unlocked in advance.
    Just step inside and enjoy your stay!

    You’ll find the set of keys hanging on the wall or on the coffee table. The set of keys include a fob for you to unlock the downstairs door, so you won’t need to buzz me anymore.

**Don’t forget your keys anytime you go out!!
The door will slam shut behind you, and you won’t be able to re-enter without them.

  • The regular key is for the house.

  • The big key is for the laundry / Gym room.

  • The black key is for the garbage room. So always take the key with you if you need to throw the garbage.

🆘 Emergency Pick-up

Sometimes things don’t go exactly as planned (flight delays, issues reaching us, internet hiccups).
While this is rare, we apologize if it happens! We have over 220 positive reviews and will do everything possible to make your stay great. Just let us know if you need anything.

❗Backup Key Location

If you ever need a backup key, it’s available in 10 minutes walk or 3 min ride at QFC Supermarket.
Don’t worry, we’ll reimburse you for your uber ride.

Hours: 7 days a week 5am - 1am

Ask in the entrance where is the keycafe box. (it’s way in the back, passing all the cashiers)
Use my phone number (1-415-297-6650) to open the box and get the extra keys. You will need to return it back, please!

About Our Keys

Your key set includes:

  • FOB: Electronic key for the downstairs entrance. Just swipe it in front of the intercom to unlock.

  • Blue Key: For the apartment door (305).

  • Yellow Key: For the garbage doors inside the building.

  • Orange Key: For courtside access (rarely used).

Inside the Apartment

To ensure a pleasant stay for you and our neighbors, we kindly ask that you:

  • Remove your shoes upon entering.

  • Keep noise to a minimum, especially in common areas.

TV & Internet

  • TVs: Are available in the Master bedroom & the living room. both are smart TVs with the popular apps.

  • Streaming: Use the provided Chromecast to enjoy your favorite shows! The remote is on the side table—just press 'On All' to turn everything on.

  • 🛜 Wi-Fi:

    • Network Name: SEA < > TLV

    • Password: TLV972972

Heating

  • Heaters are available in each room. Just turn the dial to your comfort level. Give it 10-25 minutes to warm up, and remember to turn them back to 55 before checking out!

Windows

  • You can open the windows for fresh air, but please close them before leaving. They’re low, so be cautious. For safety, we recommend opening them only about ⅓ of the way.

🍳Kitchen Amenities

  • Fully Stocked Kitchen: Our fully stocked kitchen is designed to cater to all culinary needs, ensuring that guests feel right at home during their stay. Equipped with modern appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher, the kitchen provides a seamless experience for meal preparation.

    A variety of pots, pans, and utensils are available, along with a selection of knives and cutting boards. Essentials such as measuring cups and mixing bowls make it easy to whip up your favorite recipes. Our kitchen also includes small appliances like a toaster to enhance your morning routine.

    **NOTE: We usually don’t keep food in the apartment (including dry food like spices) but you can find all essentials,
    in many 24H supermarkets nearby.     

  • Dishwasher: Easy to use with detergent tablets located under the sink.

🛁Bathroom Essentials

  • 🧼Fresh towels and shampoo are provided for your convenience. Additional personal care items can be found under the spa chair.

  • 🚿To turn on the water, firmly pull the handle toward you. It may require a little extra force, but that’s how it works! Once the water is on, adjust the temperature to your preference.

  • 🚽For the comfort of all guests, PLEASE ONLY FLUSH TOILET PAPER—nothing else! Please AVOID flushing anything else (including wipes, feminine products, or paper towels), as it can cause blockages and disrupt your stay.

    If a clog occurs due to improper flushing, the cost of repairs will be CHARGED TO THE GUEST. Let’s keep the water flowing and your stay stress-free! 😊

Important Reminders

  • Don’t Forget Your Keys! The door will slam shut behind you, and you won’t be able to re-enter without them.

  • If you need to take out the garbage (don't worry, our cleaner will handle most of it).
    To get to the garbage bins, take the elevator down to Floor B, go outside to the courtyard, turn to your right, and take the stairs to the garage door. Unlocking the garage door with the yellow key. You'll find the garbage bins all the way at the end of the garage.

We kindly ask for your help in preparing the house for the next guest by doing the following:

  • Check-out time: 10:00am (Our cleaner will come at 10:15am)

  • Bedding & Towels: Please remove used sheets and towels and leave them on the beds.

  • Dishes: Load the used dishes into the dishwasher and turn it on.

  • Windows: Make sure all windows are closed.

  • A/C & Water Heater:

    • Turn off the A/C. Bring back the heater dial to 55

    • Turn off the water h

    • eater.

  • Lights & Garbage:

    • Please turn off all the lights.

    • Take any garbage bags with you when you leave.

  • Doors: Simply close the door behind you. Don't lock the door from the inside before you leave, you must leave the door unlock.

    If you picked up the keys from QFC Supermarket, please allow enough time for your departure. You’ll need to return the keys to the supermarket.
