🚗Parking Information

  • The closet public underground parking spot is in Basel square itself.
    It’s 2 min easy walk. Please remember that there limited parking spots, especially after 6pm.
    Street Parking is usually not advice after 4pm.

🚗Arriving to the apartment with a car

  • Most of the time you can park your car on the nearby streets or in front of our building.
    Parking can be very difficult from 4pm to 8am the next day.

  • We recommend not to have a car in the city. Public transportation including GET TAXI is very popular in the city!

  • You also have shared bicycle stations all over the city and the best way to discover the city is by walking.

House Rules

🌇Neighbors

You are in a family oriented neighborhood. Our neighbors have small kids.

Quiet hours start at 8 PM, so please keep the music at a low level.

No partying inside the apartment. Please take the party to the many bars and clubs nearby

🚭 100% Smoking FREE!

Smoking or Vaping is strictly prohibited, including outside the window. No exceptions, this is a strict policy!

Cigarette smell on our curtains and furniture is subject to high penalty. 


Check-In/Out Times

  • Check-in: 3 PM (We’ll do our best to accommodate earlier arrivals!)

  • Check-out: By: 10:00AM (Our cleaner arrives at 10:15 AM, so please plan accordingly.)

    We can try to be flexible with your timing, including late arrivals, just let us know in advance.


🔑 Getting inside the apt.

Our door has a smart lock. Your pin code for this Stay will be: 52-52-52#
And when you go outside, the door will lock itself.

In the case of life threatening emergency always dial:

  • 100 - to get in touch with the Police

If you need physical keys please let us know well in advance.


Inside the Apartment

Please help us keep our floor in good condition. It's a cool cement floor, so it's very important if something spills on the floor, to wipe it up right away. 

TV & Internet

  • TVs: Are available in the Master bedroom & the living room. both are smart TVs with the popular apps.

  • Streaming: you can stream your fav shows by log in with your accounts. (We don’t have local TV channels)

  • 🛜 Wi-Fi:

    • Network Name: TLV<>TLV

    • Password: TLV972972

AC / Heat

  • If it gets cold or hot you can turn on the central A/C.

    We highly recommend to set it up to 22c degrees for a comfortable feeling all year round. Make sure that all windows are close for the max effect of the A/C.

    **Please just make sure to turn it off, every time you leave the apartment.

Windows

  • You can open the windows for fresh air, but please close them before leaving the apartment.


🍳Kitchen Amenities

  • Fully Stocked Kitchen: Our fully stocked kitchen is designed to cater to all culinary needs, ensuring that guests feel right at home during their stay. Equipped with modern appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher, the kitchen provides a seamless experience for meal preparation.

    A variety of pots, pans, and utensils are available, along with a selection of knives and cutting boards. Essentials such as measuring cups and mixing bowls make it easy to whip up your favorite recipes. Our kitchen also includes small appliances like a toaster to enhance your morning routine.

    **NOTE: We usually don’t keep food in the apartment (including dry food like spices) but you can find all essentials,
    in many 24H supermarkets nearby.
     

  • Dishwasher: Easy to use with detergent tablets located under the sink.

🛁Bathroom Essentials

  • Fresh towels and shampoo are provided for your convenience.

    **NOTE: In Israel, you need to turn on the hot water heater before you want to take a shower.

    The digital dial is in the closet next to the main door. You'll see a digital white dial (touch).

    Just set the time you need it to heat. It usually heats the water in 20min or less.

  • 🚽For the comfort of all guests, PLEASE ONLY FLUSH TOILET PAPER—nothing else! Please AVOID flushing anything else (including wipes, feminine products, or paper towels), as it can cause blockages and disrupt your stay.

    If a clog occurs due to improper flushing, the cost of repairs will be CHARGED TO THE GUEST. Let’s keep the water flowing and your stay stress-free! 😊

🗑️Garbage

  • If you need to take the garbage out, the main trash cans can be found on the right side of the building when you are facing it.

We kindly ask for your help in preparing the house for the next guest by doing the following:

  • Check-out time: 10:00am (Our cleaner will come at 10:15am)

  • Bedding & Towels: Please remove used sheets and towels and leave them on the beds.

  • Dishes: Load the used dishes into the dishwasher and turn it on.

  • Windows: Make sure all windows are closed.

  • A/C & Water Heater:

    • Turn off the A/C (orange button on the remote).

    • Turn off the water heater (switch is in the electric box next to the door).

  • Lights & Garbage:

    • Please turn off all the lights.

    • Take any garbage bags with you when you leave.

  • Doors: Simply close the door behind you. Don't lock the door from the inside before you leave, you must leave the door unlock.
